Default caffien in tea?

Tea not only has caffeine, but another nerve stimulant.

Years ago, I went to the ER in the middle of the night with symptoms of a
heart attack. Turned out to be a panic attack. I had never had one and
haven't had one since.

They asked me if I had done anything out of the ordinary that day, and I
had - I had consumed three quart glasses of iced tea.

I cannot drink tea, even though other caffeinated drinks don't bother me.
One small cup is enough to make me feel like my skin is crawling.
