First of all, "lys" should be spelled "lies". It's one of those
confusing words that changes spelling for different tenses: lie,
lying, lied, lies. Please get it right.

Second, you're playing a stupid game of symantics. Murder and killing
are the same things whether it's a human or another animal (that's
right, humans are animals). The point is they both mean imposing death
on another being. Call it what you want, the meaning is still DEATH.
