Not jam, but for the 4th I sis make an apricot crumble that was really good.
Since I originate from New England, apricots are not very strongly part of
my history, so I found a recipe offered by a gal chef in Washington state
who writres a blog called "Tasting Menu." It was quite a hit served with
whipped cream to a very international crowd of celebrants.
