Thanks, Ozgirl. With the hours I keep, midnight is the middle of the day.
No potatoes in Thai fishcakes. Just green beans, ground catfish, Thai
chiles, onion, garlic, mint leaves and coriander sprigs. Nope. It was that
thick slice of delicous pumpernickel. Damn it!
