I wouldn't want to take care of stainless steel, although I do like the
look. Personally, I prefer black appliances, which is what we have.
Although our black refrigerator has what "appears" to be stainless steel
doors, it's actually brushed aluminum under a layer of matte acrylic. It
neither spots, fingerprints, nor stains. Right now we have a stainless
steel sink which will be replaced with a black cast iron sink as soon as
finances permit.
