We moved in to a plethora of 1960s-1990s appliances, mostly in bronze
or coppertone. I think I am just going to replace with white, because I like
the clean, bright look of it, and I can just change my towel and accessory
color. Our new refrigerator is white. (Stainless is lovely in big, new, well
appointed kitchens, but would look out of place in my small, old kitchen.
Also, it can look "industrial" to me.)
