Yes, just have your answering system pre-answer and give the warning
that no unsolicited calls are accepted and continuing constitutes
criminal trespass on your private telecommunications infrastructure. The
public switched telephone network and any free speech rights end at the
telco demarc box outside your house, everything after that, including
your answering machine is private property.
