So, I don't understand... The Aussie Government decides to redefine
the meaning of "binge" ( A drunken celebration or spree - Webster) to
mean "heavy drinker". So, what is a heavy drinker? Perhaps Eugene
Ionesco was right - The door is not a door, it is a chair.
