What to have with home fries?

The reason I mentioned putting the eggs in with the home fries and
cheese over top is because my 1 yr old doesn't seem to like eggs by
themselves.
Besides, sometimes everything separate on the plate is boring and
dull. I like my veggies in with my mashed potatoes. My meat in with my
pasta. I love things mixed together so you can taste all the various
flavors almost at once.
