Thankfully, I haven't been throwing up, but I feel like I might, all the time. Today
was a particularly hard day, because this afternoon I had vertigo, which I'm sure you
can guess doesn't do too much for an upset stomach! Between that and the coughing, I
mostly wanted to stay in bed today. I ended up saving the ribs for tomorrow (my
eldest was called in to work today and would have been crushed if we'd had them
without him!), and made chicken on the grill instead. I ate part of a breast and a
piece of watermelon, and a few bites of beans. Now I'm wishing I'd have just had the
watermelon.

I do. I also feel like I'm craving *something*, but I can't figure out what. One day
last week I walked all over the store while I was waiting for my mom, thinking that
if I just looked at everything, I'd figure it out! lol
Unfortunately, whatever it is I'm craving lately, they must not sell it at Von's.
hehe.
When I was throwing up all the time when I was pregnant, the doctor I had with my
daughter told me that when you're sick like that, you should eat anything that sounds
good to you, food-wise. He said not to worry about nutrition, calories, etc, because
if it sounds good to you, you're less likely to throw it up, and plus, a little
something in your stomach for a little while is better than nothing.
