I haven't had breakfast yet, but will probably just have toast.
For dinner last night, we had soup. I made chicken stock from saved
chicken bones, then added onions, galangal, garlic, carrots, green
beans, shrimp, fish balls, fish sauce, sambal oelek, soy sauce, bean
sprouts, scallions, miso, and cilantro. I poured the soup over thin
rice noodles. It was pretty yummy.
