Yesterday, for breakfast I munched on trail mix, lunch a
bowl of yogurt with almond and craisins, dinner, pizza with
garlic and some fresh tomatoes. Snacks in between.
Day before, breakfast/lunch, a *really* nice omelets at Perkins
(green peppers, onion, celery and bacon) which came with
hash browns and toast. Crazy, I don't know how they do it for
some $7.50. Dinner, this is getting harder. Ah! Roast chicken
(came out great, it was rubbed with some mix out of the
America's Test Kitchen cookbook).
