Limburger comes in such a small package. Have 2 sandwiches. It will keep,
however, keep it in a glass jar. Plastic containers or plastic wrap will
not keep the smell from saturating your fridge forever. I've never tried
freezing it, but I don't see why not. Try it. Sorry--you're going to have
to freeze it in glass. Honest.
