What's for breakfast today?

Same as (almost) every morning. Cuppa joe with cream, no sugar, and
either two or three slices of toast. No newspaper -- I get my lies
about the economy from CNBC.
Every few weeks, tho, I have one of the breakfasts of my youth. That
would be bacon and eggs, etc., or mom's creamed codfish on toast we had
on Sundays.
It causes me great angst to know that 5,000 to 10,000 children will die
today and every day either from starvation or from the diseases
associated with malnutrition.
