Any relation to Owen Brennan? If so they're definitely not Jewish. Great
food, though! There's a restaurant on Poplar Avenue at Ridgeway in Memphis
that has an absolutely fabulous menu. Went there for lunch many times. I
highly recommend the Turtle Soup.

My comments about it prompted my father to tell me about how he and his
brothers used to catch snapping turtles in the 1930's... well, that was a
different kind of soup, maybe
