I found a variant of this yesterday. SO and I went to the Spanish Table
and I found Cuisines of Portuguese Encounters, by Cherie Hamilton. This
book contains recipes from Portugal and its former colonies, such as
Brazil, Angola, and Cape Verde. I'd seen this cookbook several years
ago at Spanish Table, but they didn't stock it again until just now.
