I've shot some cooking shows. One of them was a Mexican-cooking show,
with a very small crew (and budget, except for food <g>) and no audience.
It was also a nicely leisurely and laid-back gig. So after every show -
and we did five a day - we sat down and ate the meal. Yeah, I gained
some weight. But if you're gonna gain weight, that's the way to do it:
you get professionally cooked food, you have no cleanup ... and you're
getting *paid*.
