Many (most?) states can provide a non-drivers type photo identification,
which I've seen elderly have. If someone needed an ID to *get* money, I
bet they'd figure it out pretty quickly and manage to get one. If
someone such as Paul is against requiring one to vote, I bet we'd hear
how "unfair" it is to require it. Just *my* opinion, of course.
