I've got a roll of waxed paper here somewhere; but I prefer
greaseproof -- and that led to a bit of a problem recently when I ran
out and couldn't find any at our local supermarket. It turned up
eventually though. (Probably just a delayed delivery due to floods at
the time -- the place was pretty low in many lines, if not right out!)

Back to the topic: What on earth is "PAM spray"?

I had a Crisco spray pack last year, but it was a bugger to use so now
I'm trialing a small garden spray thing loaded with oil of choice. It
doesn't give a very good spray though, so I guess I'll just go back to
the old ways of dribbling. :-)

Cheers, Phred.
