I read about reheating pizza in a dry skillet a few months ago, but
hadn't had an opportunity to try it until the Tuesday after Easter. I
used the same method to reheat two slices of leftover onion tart in a
non-stick pan on low heat. I did put a lid on part of the time to
remelt the cheese on top. It worked perfectly.
