If you hire someone to commit a crime, and in the
course of committing it he commits another crime, you
are responsible for both crimes.

But they use them, and you *know* they use them, and
you greedily keep right on buying from them. That
makes you morally culpable, in part, for any morally
blameworthy outcomes due to the use.
