had I a million acres I might possibly be able to offer that ;-)
It is just the fact that it is only when you put it in these hard practical
terms that people realise exactly what is meant. For example the
Mediterranean diet people talk about, in its classic form is shown us by the
Spartan mess accounts which consisted of grain, wine, cheese, figs and
opsonion, the latter mainly being olive oil. Meat was actually included but
was provided at sacrifices, and came would probably be once or twice a week
on average.
