Take the beans rinse them well and drain them dry really well. Toss with
a little oil and a nice spice blend say a cury powder or taco like spice
mix and roast them till nicely browned and crispy in the oven in 1 layer
spread out on a cookie sheet, shaking the pan every now and then so they
brown evenly...Viola Soy nuts! a tv watching snack.

Oven temp? you say.... probably 375 to 400F.
