I bought a bottle of 'Spice Islands' powdered Jerk seasoning in the
grocery store and I adore the flavour - I put it onto a turkey breast
I was roasting the other night and it was WONDERFUL! But it's not hot
at all! Is this some kind of bowdlerised version?
