Bohemian Tomatoes
1 (1 lb) can of tomatoes
1 cup diced celery
1 large onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup margarine
salt and pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs and place in a greased
casserole. Top with crumbs and bake uncovered in a moderate oven
(375F) for 1 hour or until it is cooked down and soft.
