You could try the previously discussed "artisan bread in 5 minutes a
day" approach.

Otherwise, my 4.5 quart kitchenaid used to do it for me, and the 6 quart
does 3 to 4 loaves. A loaf takes like 3.5 cups flour (like 0.9 lb) and
a little more than a cup of water (0.6 lb or there abouts), along with
salt, yeast, oil, sugar etc as desired.
