Italian Zucchini Saute
olive oil or butter to cover bottom of skillet
1 small white onion, cut in wedges or to preference
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
2 zucchinis, sliced
1/2 Tbsp Ialian seasoning
1 tsp salt - optional
1/2 tsp sugar
linguini pasta, rice, or whatever you prefer
Heat olive oil/butter in skillet. Stir in onion and cook until tender. Mix
in tomatoes with juice and zucchini. Season with Italian seasoning, salt
and sugar. Cook and stir until zucchini is tender. Serve with pasta or
whatever you prefer
