Celery is weird for me. I usually like it but I sometimes get it that is
horribly bitter. I've noticed that the bitter stuff gives off a scent of
maple syrup. I had assumed it was some sort of chemical they were spraying
on it, so I began buying only organic celery, but I still find it that way
sometimes.
