Spinach Balls

2 pkgs (10 oz each) of frozen, chopped spinach
6 large eggs, slightly beatened
1 stick of butter, softened
2 c of herbed stuffing
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 c fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 small onion, grated
1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw spinach and drain--press to remove
all
water. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients into a large mixing
bowl.
Roll mixture by tablespoonfuls into 1 inch balls. Place them on a
lightly
greased baking pan and bake for about 20 mins. All excess balls maybe
freezed. If using frozen balls--immediately transfer them to the oven.
DO
NOT THAW.
