Boneless, skinless breasts, O Wise Man. I split them open, inserted
French feta, lemon slices, and fresh rosemary. I seared one side in
duck fat and set the pan in the oven to finish. When they're done,
I'm planning to drain the excess fat, and build a pan sauce with
chicken broth and French mustard. Or something like that.
