My wife often orders sweetbreads in a restaurant. I always try a bit and
have to admit that they are tasty, but it would never occur to me to order
them myself, nor would I make them at home. I have eaten snails. They are
okay of you like garlic and butter. I have no aversion to them. If given a
choice I would likely choose something else. If served to me by a host I
will eat them.
