You don't like sweetbreads? Oh, man... I absolutely love them - both
French and Italian style, but I don't make them at home. I order them
in restaurants, so the big plus is I don't have to look at them or
handle them raw. Same deal with escargot. I love them as part of a
restaurant meal, but they are way too gross looking to deal with at
home.
