Default Pizza toppings...what are your favorites?

*My* favorite toppings are ground chicken, garlic and mushrooms (with
a little cheese) or multi-colored peppers, garlic and maybe some
Italian sausage (with a little cheese).

Cheese would not include Roquefort and Gorgonzola... no idea what
"Hunter's is, Ricotta (which I'd use for calzone) or any kind of
yellow cheese. The rest is fair game.
