My favorite is what is known around here as the special.

This is sausage and peppers. And cheese. The sausage is not to
be sliced, but crumbled. The green peppers sliced thin.

I also love a good garlic pie (the garlic under the cheese to avoid
burning it). I've only ever had that homemade.

Also, a nice tomato pie. The tomato can be in slices or wedges on top of
the pie. With basil.
