Chicken In Savory Lemon Sauce
Easy clean up!! Great for busy parents!
Serves/Makes: 4
Ready In: < 60 minutes
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (optional)
4 lemon slices (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine ingredients, whisk, and set
aside. Pierce thawed chicken breasts on both sides with a fork and dash
garlic powder on both sides. Line a large glass baking dish with enough
tin foil to fold over the top as a cover. Place chicken breasts in the
lined baking dish and pour marinade over the meat. Spoon marinade so that
the chicken breasts are generously coated. Fold tin foil over to cover
and bake for 35-40 min. or until no longer pink inside and juices run
clear. Garnish with lemon slices and/or parsley flakes and serve.
Cleaning Up:
Empty baked marinade into a Tupperware container for later use or just
dump out. Fold up tin foil and throw away. The baking dish is almost
effortless to wash clean.
