I'm not all that much of a cofee snob (ahem, with the exception of
purchasing beans) I have a coffee grinder as you have decribed.

When I do regular coffee (8-10 "coffee cups") I put 6 rounded scoops &
pulse it about 10-15 times.

For espresso, I do 4 scoops & pulse it about 20-25 times

I will never go back to pre-ground.
