Absolutely! that's what I do. I oven fry them. Coat liberally with
oil and bake on high heat until brown and crispy. The rest is the
classic Frank's recipe with butter and hot sauce, served with blue
cheese dressing for dipping.

Blue Cheese dressing:

* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
* 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
* 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
* Salt & pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, add all the ingredients together. Stir together until
well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
