Fruitcake
5 eggs
1/2 lb. margarine
1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 lb candied cherries
1lb candied pineapple
4 cups pecans
1 tablespoon of lemon extract
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Combine margarine and sugar beating well. Add eggs beating well, add
flavorings And flour. Mixing by hand add fruit And nuts until well mixed.
Grease and flour tube pan Preheat oven to 250 Bake for 3 hours
