Place a 3 lb boneless pork tenderloin in a roasting pan.
Mix together 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup olive oil,
1 TB dried whole rosemary, 2 cloves garlic (pressed) and 1/2 large red
onion (sliced) and pour over meat.
Roast at 350 for approximately 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours to an internal
temperature of 160 F.
Let sit for ten minutes before carving.
Makes 6 servings at 5g total carb, 64g protein and 471 calories each.
