It is not an indirect answer because there was no question. You suggested
that one can mitigate most of the risk by buying organic ginger. One of
the problems with organic produce is that it is fertilized with improperly
composted manure .... or human excrement, which makes it a lot more
dangerous than some chemically fertilized produce.
