You're right, no law. But if you're lucky or perhaps also work at it,
you have lifelong friends who happen to share the same DNA. You don't
ever have to sit alone at home. You have built in playmates and
celebrants to share life's events with and folks to lean on when things
aren't so good. I find I treasure my family more and more as I get older.
