Pie baking

I love enjoying the early Thanksgiving morning solitude baking pies. I
don't want soggy crusts from baking pies earlier than TG day itself, and
while the pies bake I'm prepping the bird and stuffing/dressing to go
into the oven as soon as the pies are done. A big mug of hot tea and
perhaps some softly playing music (so as to not wake the house) and I'm
a seriously happy camper. I mean cook!
