You can pretty much distill just about any conversation about Cox down to
that. I had Cox for a whole two months after we moved. I had an email
problem. I went beyond tier 2 support and the final word about my problem
was "use yahoo." Uhhh, no. I'll be damned if I'll pay Cox 35 bucks a month
and have to use Yahoo for my email. Now I have wireless broadband from a
small local company. If I call and tell them email is ****ing up they just
fix it. I very rarely have a problem though. Since they're a pretty small
company they don't carry newsgroups. It's still worth it.
