Mario is an excellent teacher and has a passion that shows. What
concerns me about him is that he's heading down the road of Paul
Prudomme. Mario has become so huge that he's a walking heart attack in
the making. He's a young man with young children and I fear for him.

Emeril just reminds me of the hunchback of Notre Dame. He doesn't
inspire me in any positive way <shrug>.

Julia's life story was fascinating. That she didn't know how to boil
water when she married is amazing. But obviously she appreciated good
food even if she couldn't prepare it at that point.
