I have taken some classes at the Viking Cooking school. Some were more
enjoyable than others which had a lot to do with the instructor. I have
to say that I have kept all the recipes from my classes and use some of
them quite often.

I think the classes are a little pricey, but again, very informative and
usually lots of fun. Plus you get a discount at the store after the
class or the day of or something similar.
