Default clearing chalk

i am about to add some chalk to a mead which has way 2 much acid. my
question is what should i use to clear the cloudiness it will cause? i
assume that the cloudiness is caused by calcium ions which are
postitvely charged so should i add a negatively charged fining agent?

Do you filter before bottling? That should take it out.
