Default Food Related to Diseases

Hi,

We in India, particularly in the South, eat lots of fibrous foods. When
i read research papers, I wonder how our ancestors developed a healthy
diet. A typical south Indian diet consists of :

1. Two or Three idlis - (Made of pure rice and urad ground well soaked
and steamed till soft)
2.Puri with SAGU - Vegetables,
3.Dosa
4.Bisi Bele Bath (Karnataka)
5.Vegetables Curry
6. Sambar (Vegetables)
7.Rasam
8.Kandi Pachadi
9.Pesarratu
10.Mangalore Bajji
11.Vada
12.More Kollambu

Note all vegetables, dals, rice, water boiled, etc.

Compare it with any other food, it contains, colors, concentrates,
sauces, etc. which are harmful in the long run.

To Save our humanity, people should gradually become vegetarians, make
a vow that they will not kill anything which makes love, preserve
nature, and compete hard, lose dignified, win respectfully, live
honestly.

Madhav
