Default Pickled Martini Mushrooms

Hi all, I haven't been able to find much by googling in the way of
pickling mushrooms for using in Martinis.

I'm looking for recipes that does not use oil.
(These are what I believe are called marinated mushrooms)

Just basically looking for a recipe that uses White Vinegar/water/bay
leaf/onion/perhaps peppercorns/salt/and maybe hot peppers/garlic also.
Thanks! Mark

Hi Wayne, Thanks for the recipe, sounds like a good one.

I imagine if one would desire "Hot' Martini Shrooms, just add one
slitted Habenero, or a couple slitted Jalapenos per jar to wake things
up! Mark

If you have a Trader Joes near you, they have pickled mushrooms with the
ingredients you want and no oil.

Hi, Hmmm, Never heard of Trader Joes?
Perhaps I'll do a web-search, and see what I come up with?

The Pickled Mushrooms for Martinis, that I have been buying are
absolutely killer! They come in regular, garlic, and various "heat"
ranges.

They are from Shrooms Kitchen at River Valley Ranch in Burlington,
Wisconsin.
Web address I just found is:
www.shroomskitchen.com

If I could make them like this, I'd be a very happy man! Mark
