Corn
I like to cook corn on the cob on the grill, in the husks. Remove the
husks when done, butter a chunk of sourdough and use that to butter the corn.. Tasty....just saying. |

Tasty....just saying. I nuke corn in the husk. 5 minutes for two ears. It's never failed me and I've gotten nothing but positive feedback from those that have tried it. Run the cooked ears under cold water in the sink to remove the husks and all the silk goes with it. The ears retain enough heat to dry almost instantly once husked, leaving plenty of heat to melt the butter. -- Peace!
