Help! wine won't degass
 

This is my first patch of wine. I purchased a 28 day kit. The degassing
process was supposed to take two days and now its day four and the wine
is carbonated. A stir it vigorously serval times a day for 5 minutes.
Is that enough?Any suggestions on what I should do?

Is the wine dry? It might still be fermenting if it's not.
